Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in QSR, retail, FMCG, or multi-site environments.

  • Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.

Job description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial or Clinical Psychology , Human Resources , or a business-related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
  • 810 years experience in Human Resource Management , preferably in QSR, retail, FMCG, or multi-site environments.
  • Proven track record as a strategic HR leader and people grower with high IQ and EQ.
  • Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
