What You’ll Do
  • Deliver project workstreams or components of client engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery in line with project objectives and service level agreements.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, acting as a strong brand ambassador for Deloitte.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to diagnose client challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.
  • Manage your own work to project plans, ensuring delivery excellence and superior client experience.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of business and sector trends, leveraging technology as a business enabler.
  • Seek opportunities for personal growth, share knowledge, and actively contribute to the team’s success.
What We’re Looking For
Required
  • Honours degree in Human Sciences, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or similar.
  • At least 3 years’ consulting experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Digital, Organisational Design, Culture Transformation, Strategic Change Management, Adoption Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Optimisation, Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement, or the HR lifecycle.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
