We are seeking an HR Officer for a permanent role based in East London Eastern Cape for the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities
  • Talent acquisition admin support; handle inductions; assist with agreed promotions
  • Performance management effectively support the end-to-end performance management cycle
  • Industrial Relations Admin duties related to consequence management & grievance management; support initiative in terms of EE and diversity / inclusion
  • Redeploy & exit employees all admin related to redeployment and exit of employees
  • General operational and financial management participate in operational and financial processes; drive continuous improvement; ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks; control costs and take action to mitigate any financial risk or non-compliance
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Honours Degree in HR Management / Industrial Psychology essential
  • 4 years experience (operational execution) in HR in an FMCG industry
  • MS Office intermediate level with Sage People system experience
  • Good communicator and problem-solving skills
  • Able to openly address conflict and take a calm approach
