Bring your Industrial Relations expertise including CCMA processes and Section 197 transfers to support client operations and ensure smooth workforce transitions, while also managing day-to-day employee relations, engagement, and performance.
Youll have a relevant HR qualification (B-Tech, Diploma, or Degree) and ideally experience in service-oriented industries , such as facilities, property, mining, BPO, or client-facing services.
