A leading HR consulting firm in Cape Town is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee all HR activities, manage talent, and foster engagement. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in HR, holds a relevant tertiary qualification, and is proficient in English. This position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and involves a 6-day work week.
HR Generalist (People Capability Leader):
The main objective of this role is to be responsible for all Human Resource activities. This is achieved by providing direction and guidance in all HR related matters in line with legislation and best practice whilst delivering Service Excellence and positively promoting the brand. The successful candidate will focus on Managing Talent, Building People Capability, Fostering Engagement and Lead organizational efficiency.
