Job Overview

A dynamic and rapidly growing wellness and lifestyle business established with two successful retail stores and now expanding into a dedicated headquarters is seeking an HR Generalist.

This newly created role will support the company's expansion by establishing structured HR processes and managing all people-related functions.

The successful candidate will oversee approximately 14 staff members ensuring compliance effective HR practices and smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands‑on position for a HR professional ready to take ownership of the full HR function in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 23 years experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR policies and best practices
  • Experience with HR administration, payroll preparation and employee relations
  • Ability to implement HR systems and processes from the ground up
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions for approximately 14 employees
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and exit processes
  • Administer payroll, leave and employee benefits
  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
