Job summary

A recruitment agency in South Africa is looking for an HR Generalist to ensure smooth operation of the HR department. You will manage HR processes, maintain records, coordinate recruitment, and ensure compliance. Overview

As HR Generalist you’ll be reporting into the HR Manager & will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

You’ll be required to manage & support all HR-related processes, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment & hiring, managing payroll & benefits, & ensuring compliance with company policies & legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / equivalent NQF 6 / 7 level in human resource management or related field
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Minimum of 3 years’ discipline specific experience
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, & disciplinary procedures.
• Experience using HR Information Systems, particularly PaySpace and SuccessFactors - essential
• Strong ER / IR Knowledge
• Contact Centre experience a huge advantage
• Salary Package : R45000 CTC
