Job description
What You’ll Do
  • Support recruitment processes, including preparing offer letters, coordinating onboarding / offboarding, and maintaining employee files
  • Assist with payroll updates, leave administration, benefits, and general HR recordkeeping
  • Help manage HR compliance, documentation, audits, and statutory reporting
  • Coordinate internal communication, training logistics, and employment equity administration
  • Maintain organised filing systems and handle daily HR administration
  • Support disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance reviews with proper documentation and scheduling
  • Assist the HR Manager with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and ad hoc tasks
What You’ll Bring
