HR Administrator (Hospitality) required in Cape Town.

A well-established high-end boutique hotel based in the Cape Town city area is seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to manage and maintain HR administration across the business.

This is a structured, operational role suited to someone who enjoys detail-driven work and supporting HR processes.

This role is critical to ensuring consistency, compliance and professionalism across HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complete, accurate and compliant employee files
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage leave records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs and liaise with payroll service providers
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare documentation for disciplinary processes and hearings
  • Track training records and performance documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for staff HR-related queries
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 -3 years proven experience in an HR Administrator role (hospitality experience preferred)
  • South African ID
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Sound understanding of South African labour legislation
