Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a detail-oriented and highly capable HR Administrator for a client based in Cape Town , to provide maternity cover for a period of 4–5 months.

This role is ideal for a strong HR Administrator with excellent systems knowledge, a high level of accuracy, and solid experience in HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sage 300 People (HRIS and workflows).
  • High attention to detail with strong HR process knowledge.
  • Experience in data integrity, risk controls, and HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with the MIE system (advantageous).
  • Support of performance management processes.
