We are seeking a driven and target-focused Horticulture / Floral / Agri Sales Executive with proven sales experience and a stable career track record. The successful candidate will oversee internal and external sales functions, drive new business development, and maintain strong client relationships within the agriculture, horticulture, floral, or related green industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships (existing and new)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the horticultural, floral, agri sectors
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational and service continuity
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, floral branding, and product promotions
  • Represent the company at client visits, trade shows, expos, and industry events
Minimum Requirements
  • 3–5 years proven sales experience in agriculture, horticulture, or the floral industry (or a related technical field)
  • Strong new business development and client retention background
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
  • Valid driver’s licence and confident driving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting / CRM software
  • Exposure to social media marketing, floral branding, and promotional initiatives
  • Technically minded with a practical understanding of agricultural, horticultural, or floral products and processes
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Versatile, hands-on, and willing to assist in other operational areas when required
  • Preferably a non-smoker
