Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular workplace risk assessments and safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations.
  • Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for all employees, including inductions and refresher courses.
  • Investigate all workplace accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate health and safety records, including incident reports and training logs.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a positive safety culture and increase employee awareness of health and safety issues.
  • Manage emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation procedures and drills.
  • Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Capture & ensure all admin is correct and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct stock take and control stock.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
  • Ensure that cash is checked daily/weekly and balances to admin with your site manager.
  • Assist with account queries.
  • Update stock sheet prices.
  • Upload GRVS to Drive.
