We are currently looking for the Head of Training (Offshore) - US / UK Campaigns on a permanent basis, our company iSON has footprint in more than 22 countries and 6 sites in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of training, implementation, and support professionals.
  • Set clear goals and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client‑centric service.
  • Training Strategy & Delivery: Design and execute tailored training programs for diverse client needs.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content and deliver impactful sessions—virtually and in‑person.
  • Project & Resource Management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across all initiatives.
  • Prioritise effectively to meet strategic objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in the BPO sector, training and implementation.
  • 5+ years in leadership as the Head of Training offshore (US / UK Campaigns).
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments (BPO Contact Centre).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
