Job summary

A fast-growing Tech business in Cape Town seeks an experienced Head of Finance to transition finance into a strategic partner role. You will lead the finance function, implement robust systems, and provide financial insights that support decision-making for scaling the company. The ideal candidate is a CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent, with 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, especially in high-growth environments. This role offers a salary of R1,200,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' progressive finance experience with FP&A/commercial finance exposure.
• Experience implementing systems in high-growth environments.
• Strong skills in strategic financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate finance from operational to strategic FP&A.
• Build systems and processes to support scaling.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
