Head of Finance

We're hiring a Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and execution across a multi‑entity cluster.

About the Opportunity

This is more than a finance role – it's about shaping the future of three business units.

You'll be a trusted advisor to the Divisional MD with a dotted line to the Group FCO and a key player in driving profitability, commercial governance, cashflow optimisation, and sustainable growth.

You'll also lead finance transformation, project initiatives, and compliance across this diverse portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and execute the financial strategy aligned with group goals
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across BUs
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance (IFRS, VAT, PAYE), audits, and controls
• Optimise cashflow, working capital, and banking structures (including Forex)
• Ensure commercial governance : pricing, tenders, contracts, and deal structuring
• Champion financial systems, automation, and continuous improvement
• Inspire, lead, and develop a high‑performing finance team across the cluster
