Job Description

A well-established multi-jurisdictional SaaS company operating in Cyprus, the UK, and South Africa, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Managerto provide financial leadership on a permanent, half-day, hybrid basis (3 days in-office and 2 days remote)

This role is critical to ensuring strong financialgovernance, group consolidations, audit readiness, and strategicfinancial oversight across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior financialoversight of the finance function across markets in which the company operates in
• Lead and review groupconsolidations across multiple entities and jurisdictions (critical)
• Manage and coordinatefinancial service providers in multiple markets
• Implement, review, and enforce robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Review monthlymanagement accounts and trial balances for accuracy, completeness, andintegrity
• Maintain oversight of multi-currencyenvironments, including EUR-based transactions and reporting
• Oversee tax compliance, statutory reporting, and SARS submissions
• Maintain control overcash flow, banking structures, and liquidity management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and high-level financial planning
