Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead client acquisition strategies and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the Account Management team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience in fintech or banking and holds a Bachelor’s degree with mandatory RE5 accreditation.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience within an FSP, corporate banking, or hedge funding environment.
  • Understanding of the South African regulatory landscape is desirable.
  • Experience dealing with clients from EMEA, LATAM is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Determine client needs, build value, and create engagement with new clients.
  • Prospect, identify, and generate new opportunities to build a sales pipeline.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through sequential stages: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing.
