The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with at least three years of experience in face-to-face selling, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must have completed their matriculation, possess a valid driver's license, and vehicle access. Qualifications

  • 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
  • Sell personal lines and commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.
  • Report directly to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and work closely with the wider Commercial team.
