A high-growth digital banking startup in Cape Town is seeking a Growth Manager to oversee strategy execution across multiple channels. This role focuses on creating demand generation programs and improving customer acquisition, requiring strong analytical skills and proven experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to drive measurable outcomes that impact pipeline and revenue. As Growth Manager, you will turn strategy into measurable outcomes across awareness, acquisition, activation, and expansion.
You’ll run data-driven experiments, own key channels and campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
3–6 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, ideally in Financial Services software or B2B SaaS.
Proven record running multi‑channel programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
Strong analytical skills; proficient with marketing automation / CRM, analytics, and A / B testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable producing concise GTM assets.
Collaborative, hands‑on, and organised; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Nice to have: Familiarity with core banking, digital banking, or fintech partnerships; experience with ABM and product‑led growth tactics.
