Job summary

A prominent financial institution is seeking a Reporting Management role in Johannesburg. This position involves managing financial reporting and performance analysis to support senior management decision-making. Candidates must have a B-degree in Accounting/Financial Management, with a preference for CA(SA) or CIMA. Key responsibilities include coordinating key financial reports and participating in month-end processes. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• B-degree in Accounting or Financial Management required.
• CA(SA) or CIMA preferred.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support month end reporting processes including Flash and Exco reporting.
• Prepare reporting systems for monthly flash reporting.
• Coordinate and submit BSC with business units and functions.
