Job Title: Group Online / Virtual Vehicle Sales Team Leader

Location: South & East Region

Company: Motus Retail South & East Region

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Online / Virtual Vehicle Sales Team Leader to lead our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in online vehicle sales, as well as experience leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with team members and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a remote team of online vehicle sales representatives
  • Set and track sales targets and goals for the team
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales processes
  • Ensure team members are trained on our products and services and are able to effectively communicate with customers
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online vehicle sales
Requirements
