Strong facilitation and coaching skills, assessor and/or moderator registration, customer and learner centricity, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Facilitation of accredited and non-accredited learning programmes across all levels
- Coaching and supporting learners, conducting assessments and moderation in line with SETA regulations
- Measuring the impact of learning interventions
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating accredited and non-accredited programmes, including assessments and remediation
- Guiding and supporting learners, managing portfolios of evidence
- Maintaining accurate administration, including attendance registers, reports, and learner feedback forms
- Conducting outcomes-based assessments and moderation in compliance with QMS and SETA standards
- Providing feedback to learners, remediating assessments, and completing assessment documentation
Learning Impact Measurement:
- Collecting and analyzing learner feedback and Voice of the Learner data
- Compiling ROI and client reports
Instructional Design:
- Updating and quality assuring learning materials
- Ensuring content relevance and appropriateness of assessment tools
Project Management and Compliance:
- Managing project implementation within budget and timelines
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with QMS, SETA regulations, and legislative requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant NQF 6 Qualification
- Facilitation and assessment qualifications (117871, 115753, 115759)
Experience:
- At least 5 years facilitating, with 3 years in accredited programmes (in-person and virtual)
- At least 2 years conducting assessments of accredited programmes
Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency
- High-impact facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional planning, organization, and time management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in conducting and moderating assessments (preferable)
