Qualifications

  • At least 4 years’ experience as financial manager or similar experience.
  • Manufacturing or publishing experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consolidated group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure tax compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to JSE -Listing Requirements, Companies Act, SARS, King Code & CIPC requirements.
  • Support divisional finance teams and maintain internal controls.
  • Prepare accurate financial and regulatory reports.
  • Monitor group cash flow, investments and treasury functions.
  • Execute board subcommittee tasks and secretarial duties.
  • Oversee B-BBEE scorecard and verification process.

  • Novus Holdings is hiring a Group Financial Manager to lead financial activities, group reporting, budgeting and forecasting ensure accurate accounting processes and maintain financial controls that drives financial excellence across the business units throughout the Group.
  • This strategic role supports the CFO, oversees financial operations and ensures regulatory and statutory compliance.
