Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, control costs and advise on financial efficiency related to facility operations.
• Cash Flow Management: Daily planning, monitoring and controlling of cash inflows and outflows.
• Track and report on expenses across multiple entities within a group.
• Oversee the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts for all group entities to aid in financial planning and decision‑making.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA(SA) required.
• 4 years experience in a group facility management role.
• Exposure to a JSE company (preferred).
