A leading psychotherapy group is seeking a Group Care Manager for remote work in South Africa. The role involves managing client communications, overseeing intake processes, and supporting operations. The Care Manager is responsible for managing all client communications scheduling intake processes and supporting operational and recruitment functions across the practice. This role requires excellent phone and Zoom presence strong written communication organizational skills and comfort discussing general sexuality and intimacy topics with clients and partners.
Handle incoming client calls emails and forms; schedule appointments
Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups and match clients with appropriate clinicians
Re-engage leads and referrals who did not initially book
Support billing coordination and administrative operations
Research pre-screen and interview potential therapists and coaches
Conduct outreach to referral partners clinics universities and community organizations
Assist with onboarding team processes and general operations
Attend weekly team meetings and provide occasional weekend intake support
Ideal candidates have experience supporting mental health therapy or wellness practices in a customer service or care management role. They thrive on client-facing interactions enjoy administrative coordination and are comfortable with sensitive conversations in a sex-positive environment.
