PwC is seeking a diligent, resilient, organized, and personable individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruiter. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process and managing various graduate initiatives and student engagement across our Assurance and Consulting lines. The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Graduate Recruitment or early talent roles.
- Proven track record in effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of graduate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graduate Recruitment
- Screen, select, and qualify candidates to produce a shortlist.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and ensure compliance through obtaining necessary internal approvals.
- Set up assessments and manage feedback sessions for candidates.
- Conduct thorough verifications on all successful candidates prior to their appointment.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with business objectives.
- Facilitate full participation of the business in recruitment processes and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with target candidates, universities, and stakeholders.
- Participate in career days, school fairs, and webinars to promote available opportunities.
2. Consulting Recruitment
- Plan, prepare, and execute various student initiatives to enhance engagement and maintain candidate journeys.
- Manage vacation work and scholar programs, developing new strategies to attract students.
- Maintain strong engagement with feeder universities and external stakeholders.
- Execute the bursary process to support the Bursary portfolio.
3. Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly stakeholder meetings and provide weekly updates on the recruitment portfolio.
- Maintain quality management standards and implement projects to meet deliverable objectives.
- Gather and manage data for audit purposes to measure recruitment pipeline statistics.
- Organize regular on-campus and scholar activities and initiatives.
- Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in managing both projects and ongoing deliverables.
Qualifications/Certifications
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

- Proven capability to manage challenging stakeholders and influence decision-making effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality management.
