Key Responsibilities:
Safety First:

Operational:
  • Monitor rubber mixing, extrusion, molding, and curing processes.
  • Adjust parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Technical:
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and production data.
  • Prepare technical reports for internal reviews and audits.
  • Contribute to SOPs and work instructions for production processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests (e.g., tensile strength, elongation, hardness).
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications:
  • Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Should be well versed with engineering calculations using Excel.
  • Understanding of rubber compounding, curing, and testing methods.
