• Ensure grading maintains the original design's proportion, fit, and styling details.
• Use manual methods or CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) to execute pattern grading.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, designers, and technical teams to meet fit standards.
• Check and verify pattern measurements for consistency and accuracy.
• Make adjustments based on fitting sessions or feedback from the technical team.
• Maintain pattern files and size specifications for each style.

Requirements
