Job description

A large Mining Company based in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Province has a challenging opportunity for a Grade Security Lead. The role will be responsible for liaising with the asset insurance provider to ensure an appropriate level of compliance. Facilitate, maintain, and improve the management of change process (MOC) in the Security and Risk section. Co-ordinate the internal risk auditing program.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Mandatory).
  • Degree in Security Risk Management or equivalent (Mandatory).
  • Security Certificates (E, B, C, D, A).
  • Driver’s License (Mandatory).
  • Computer Literacy (Mandatory).
  • 5 years’ relevant experience within a heavy industry/mining/production environment (Mandatory).
  • 1 year of criminal investigations experience (Mandatory).
  • 3 years’ experience in procurement procedures and contract management.
