About the Job

GR II RW Instructor

Vacancy: GR II RW Instructor

Reporting to: ATO Accountable Manager

Location: South Africa, Mossel Bay

Starlite Aviation Training Academy Pty Ltd has a requirement for a dedicated, skilled, and dependable professional with a strong desire to build significant flight hours at a competitive salary, to fill the position of GR II RW Instructor. The role will be based in Mossel Bay, South Africa.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties relating to flying and ground instruction in accordance with the TPM.
  • Perform instruction duties on the FNPT II Simulator.
  • Comply with all Company and SACAA policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety standards both on the ground and in the air.
  • Manage the performance and development of all students (flying and non-flying).
  • Updating of flight on duty spreadsheets, ab initio instruction times and instructors file regularly.
Critical Requirements
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Strong on compliance
Qualifications And Experience
  • Holder of CPL (H) with a Gr II Instructor Rating
  • Holder of a valid Instrument and Night Rating.
  • R22, R44, Cabri G2 Instructor Ratings (preferable)
  • Military background (advantageous)
