Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in German (both written and oral fluency).
• 1+ years experience in an inbound customer service associate role.
• Minimum 20Mbps internet connection is required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners.
• Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email.
• Gather intelligence to prevent issues impacting customer experience.
