About the Role

Full training will be provided, you bring the enthusiasm and language skills, and we'll provide the tools to grow. LOCATION : Observatory, Cape Town TITLE : German-Speaking IT Support LEVEL : Associate JOB TYPE : Full Time (Hybrid). You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve issues via calls, emails, and our support portal.

Preferred Requirements
  • Fluent in German (native) and professional-level English
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or relevant technical coursework)
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, or Document Management Systems
  • SQL (MSQL or TSQL) is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or shift rotations
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the iManage suite (Work, Share, Govern, Insight, Cloud)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating as needed
  • Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Deliver end-user training on iManage products (training provided)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas
