• Assist with luggage and escort guests to their cabins
• Provide personalized, attentive service to guests throughout their stay On Board Cruise Ship
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and requests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience
• Serve meals and beverages in a professional and elegant manner
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including cabins and common areas
• Assist with onboard events and activities, such as cocktail parties and excursions
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Follow all safety and security procedures on board
• Adhere to company standards and policies at all times
