  • Lead the South African and SADC business managing and developing teams in line with the companys global and local strategy.
  • Oversee Sales Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions to build robust demand plans and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Protect margins and customer relationships by maintaining and growing market share in South Africa and the region.
  • Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting for the South African business ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure smooth operations across all business functions with a focus on manufacturing plant efficiency safety and quality.
  • Drive growth and profitability in South Africa and the region.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement at the manufacturing plant.
