Key Performance Outputs

• Develop and manage ACSA operations audit framework, standards and procedures, standards and/or specifications for audits (JIG, Operations, Maintenance Audit)
• Structure audit reports
• Plan site specific audit process covering JIG, Operations and Maintenance audits in line with operator agreements
• Generate easy to understand reports
• Perform quality inspection on maintenance work done by fuel operators and their contractors and implement/propose remedial action where necessary
• Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.
• Ensure compliance to JIG and other relevant standards and regulations at ACSA's fuel farms
• Identify and apply viable technology and strategies to improve equipment efficiencies and lifestyle costing.
• Lead continuous improvement to various infrastructure in the department to increase compliance to JIG and other related standards
• Keep current with latest equipment, technologies and maintenance methods to ensure best practice in aviation operations.
• Review and support Business Development with the quality of online content (blogs, webinars, e‑books, research reports, papers etc.
• Interface with Integration Specialist and Technical Solution Specialists to manage quality standards of deliverables.

Technical Skills and Experience
