Role Overview

As a Mid-level Frontend Software Engineer, you will be part of a team ensuring our gaming products are highly resilient, low-latency, and scalable, while providing a first-class experience for our customers.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to design, build, and operate KingMakers’ gaming platforms. Using modern architectural and engineering practices, you will create distributed transactional solutions and help elevate our products to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain modern web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Work with frontend frameworks such as React (Next.js), Angular, or Vue.
  • Utilize JavaScript tools and ecosystem, including Node.js, NPM/Yarn, Webpack, Rollup, Grunt, ESLint.
  • Optimize frontend performance, considering browser behavior and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions.
What You Need for This Role

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.

Frontend Technologies & Frameworks:

  • Strong knowledge of React (Remix.js.x), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind.
  • Comfortable with modern JS tools and ecosystem, including Node.js, NPM/Yarn, Webpack, Rollup, ESLint.

API Integration:

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.

Performance, Best Practices & Accessibility:

  • Understanding of browser behavior, responsive design, accessibility, and frontend performance optimization.

Version Control & Collaboration:

  • Proficiency in Git (GitHub, Azure DevOps) and experience working in collaborative, multi-location teams.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with headless CMS platforms like Strapi or Umbraco.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles.
  • Writing tests (unit, integration, E2E) and documentation using tools like Cypress or Storybook.
