A faith-based camp and conference center is seeking a Dining Experience Manager to oversee meal preparation and dining for campers and guests. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, budgeting for food costs, and training staff in hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a Christian believer engaged with local evangelical activities and possess strong communication and leadership skills. This role contributes to a welcoming environment in line with the camp's mission to connect people with God and each other.
This position will oversee the dining experience of our campers and guests at Camp Rivercrest. This position works with kitchen staff to prepare meals during our camp and retreat season, while also being available for special events on an “as needed” basis.
Reports To: Operations Director
Direct Reports: Head cooks and all kitchen staff
Camp Rivercrest is a year-round camp and retreat center for kids, youth, adults. We host a variety of groups for both weekday and weekend retreats, trainings, meetings, etc. We are located in Eastern Nebraska just 45 minutes from Omaha and Lincoln along the beautiful Platte River valley. Our mission is to provide space for people to connect with God and each other.
