Job summary

A leading FMCG firm seeks a qualified FMCG Application Sales Support Administrator in Durban. This role involves providing expert support for the FMCG Application, conducting product training to principals and sales agents, and coordinating with technical support for problem resolution. The ideal candidate must have Matric/Grade 12, a relevant B Degree in Business/Commerce, 2-3 years of FMCG Application support experience, and Salesforce experience would be advantageous. Own vehicle is required.

Introduction

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced FMCG Application Sales Support Administrator who will be responsible for providing expert end user support for their FMCGApplication an integrated suite of applications empowering principals and the sales agents. This role involves providing product training supporting principal and sales agent users as well as engaging with tier 2 & 3 support to resolve issues .

Must have Matric / Grade 12 with a relevant BDegree (Business / Commerce) and at least 2-3 years direct experience in FMCG Application support. Salesforce experience would be an advantage. Must have own vehicle.
