Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support through taking calls and handling incidents.
• Document and track system requirements and performance issues.
• Accurately log all tickets using the defined tracking software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues locally and remotely.
• Setup, repair, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
