About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Manager to lead the financial operations of a dynamic, fast-paced investment division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategies, oversee a diverse portfolio of investments—including agricultural assets—and provide critical insights to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations within the division, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of statutory reports, including IAS and BAS, for timely submission.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring accurate financial modeling and reporting.
  • Lead the preparation and finalization of Annual Financial Statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee tax computations, tax returns, and adherence to local and international tax regulations.
  • Supervise the preparation, analysis, and review of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
  • Prepare and present board meeting packs, financial reports, and related documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems to support evolving business needs.
  • Monitor debt management, loan schedules, liquidity, and cash flow.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide financial insight and advice to executives, stakeholders, and investors.
  • Ensure efficient operation and development of the finance team.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification.
