Areas of Responsibility

• Development and implementation of financial and accounting policies;
• Implementation of financial models for multi-country operations (MENA, APAC, Africa, Americas);
• Interaction with financial institutions, investors, and auditors;
• Overseeing payroll, employee salaries, deductions, and records;
• Monitoring project economics, including profitability analysis;
• Preparing and presenting analytical financial reports to management and investors.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1+);
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in international startups or growing companies;
• Experience in creating financial models;
• Proficiency in management reporting;
• Degree in economics or finance;
• Advanced skills in financial software and Excel;
• Experience working or studying abroad is a plus;
