Job summary

A leading international hotel group in the Eastern Cape is seeking a Financial Controller to manage finance reporting and staff administration. The salary package ranges from R45000 to R47000, including short-term incentives.

New opportunity as Financial Controller has become available at property level with a leading international hotel group based in the Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities:

1. Effectively manage finance reporting and administration according to the hotel group's policies and procedures and auditing requirements.
2. Manage staff fairly and in alignment with legislation and the hotel group's policies and procedures.
3. Maintain the professionalism and neat appearance of the accounts office and all who work in it.
4. Facilitate effective interdepartmental cooperation to ensure guests' expectations are anticipated and exceeded.
5. Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Three-year financial qualification (B.Com / Diploma / CIS / IAC / CCA) (NQF level 5).
• Sound MS Office skills; relevant financial software (SAP, TM1, OneSource) & operational systems (Opera, Micros, Midas Station7).
• At least three years' experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality/hotel experience.

Salary package: R45000 - 47000 CTC DOE (Normal BCEA & Short-Term Incentive Bonus).
