  • Run scenario and risk analyses to understand the impact of key variables like tariffs, capex, and financing structures.
  • Ensure models align with project documentation and agreements.
  • Help develop and maintain a project database for the business.
  • Contribute to structuring and negotiating debt and equity deals with lenders and investors.
  • Support financial due diligence, coordinating with legal, technical, and insurance advisors.
  • Prepare financial content for investment committee papers and lender presentations.
  • Assist with financial close activities, including model audits and documentation reviews.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to evaluate project feasibility and investment opportunities.
  • Support preparation of credit assessments and project models for committee review.

  • Analyse market trends, project costs, and energy pricing benchmarks.
  • Track financial performance of operating assets against budgets and forecasts.
  • Update models post-financial close to reflect actual performance.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting and valuation for management and shareholders.
  • Monitor compliance with funding covenants.
  • Assist with capital structuring and portfolio optimisation across projects.
  • Contribute to budgeting, funding forecasts, and shareholder reporting.
  • Support M&A analysis and due diligence processes.
  • Provide valuation input for acquisitions, divestments, and refinancing.
