• 3+ years in an accounting or cloud accounting environment.
• 1-3 years’ experience with cloud platforms such as Xero, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, or Cin7/Dear.
• 1-3 years’ experience with CaseWare or Draftworx for AFS drafting.

• Design and manage monthly and quarterly work plans for team efficiency.
• Review accounting deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
• Coach and upskill the team to build future leaders.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
