This role combines business process re-engineering, gap analysis, and solution management with financial and commercial insight, enabling data-driven decision-making across the full value chain.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue enhancements, predictive analytics and modeling, and AI-powered insights, while optimising operational processes.

They will collaborate with business unit leaders to enhance processes, evaluate operations critically, lead change initiatives, and deliver commercially and operationally viable solutions to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Deliver end-to-end revenue forecasts and cost-to-income analysis at divisional and campaign levels.
  • Develop and maintain variance reports and profitability models for weekly, monthly, and bi-annual budgeting cycles.
  • Analyse key financial levers: sales-to-activation rates, revenue per sale, commission efficiency, and cost attribution.
  • Provide real-time financial insights to guide sales execution, team deployment, resource allocation, and optimisation.
  • Business Process Re-Engineering & Solution Management
  • Identify operational and financial gaps through gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Redesign business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance commercial performance.
  • Implement changes collaboratively with stakeholders and track their impact.
  • Business Intelligence & Operational Analytics
  • Design and deploy SQL-based reporting tools, automated dashboards, and self-serve analytics.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as agent conversion rates, productivity ratios, and net revenue per agent.
  • Use BI and analytics to inform decision-making across the value chain, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • AI & Data Strategy
  • Support AI-driven analytics, predictive modelling, and campaign simulations to improve financial and operational outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into data-led strategies and performance-enhancing interventions.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a financial analyst role, preferably in a sales-led or BPO environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS reporting.

  • Ideal Candidate Attributes
  • Commercially and financially astute, curious, and data-driven.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-focused.
  • Strong communicator, confident in presenting findings and solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to make decisions across the value chain.
  • Benefits
  • Comprehensive Health and Wellness: Free access to Kaelo Health Medical Insurance, Financial Wellness, Mental Health Counselling and on-site Pharmacy with an in-house Nurse
  • Top-Tier Resources and Amenities: Work with world-class technology, three in-house restaurants, and discounted grocery staples
