Overview

Overall ownership of Finance delivery, SLA adherence, governance, and transformation roadmap for Customer South Africa.

Oversee financial controls and compliance (IFRS, SOX, SARS).

Approve automation roadmap and process-improvement initiatives.

Manage client governance, SLAs, audits, and escalations.

Lead all Finance towers (Revenue, Expenditure, Tax, ERA, R&A, Transformation).

Qualifications

CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified finance professional.

Prior leadership in BPO or GBS with SAP ECC / S4 exposure.

5+ years' post-qualification experience in shared services or finance operations.
