Responsibilities
  • Preparation and compilation of monthly management reports
  • Monthly journal entries
  • Payroll duties
  • Submissions of VAT201, EMP201, and EMP501
  • Payment of monthly and weekly invoices
  • Managing the finance administrator
  • Compiling annual budgets and monthly targets
  • Receipting and reconciling cash books to bank statements
  • Preparation of year-end audit files and addressing audit queries
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Finance
  • Property experience advantageous
  • Advanced Excel Capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong teamwork, co-ordination, and planning, self-driven, and ability to work at pace in a dynamic organization
