Job summary

A recruitment firm in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Financial Manager with strong financial oversight capabilities. Job description
OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Main Duties:
  • Daily and Monthly Cashflows Forecasts and Budgeting with FD
  • Preparation and management of monthly variance reports
  • Present Monthly Financials to Board of DirectorsManage Bank Accounts, do Domestic Payments
  • Manage relationships with Banks and SuppliersOther Duties :
  • Management Accounts and Quarterly Financial Statements for the banks
  • Month end journals
  • VIP Payroll for 20 employees
  • Submission of annual EMP reconciliations
  • Assist with finance applications on new projects
  • Review rental income processes
  • Assist external Auditors
  • SARS returns, tax clearance certificates and VAT Audits
  • Internal Audits
  • Manage Debtors and Creditors Age Analysis
  • Control Asset Register (new Capex, Disposals and Depreciation)
  • Do Cost Accounting to analyze the progress of all projects
  • Implement and manage financial systems and controlsSupervise other accounting functions such as debtors, creditors, payroll etc.
  • Review capturing on directors' personal trusts and companies
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Secondary Education : Grade 12 with Mathematics on HG
  • Tertiary Education : BCom Financial Management Degree / BCom Financial Management Hons
  • At least 5 – 8 Years' experience in a Financial Management position
  • Fully Bilingual
  • Working Experience on Xero accounting software
  • Previous Property experience advantageous
  • Own reliable transport
  • Clean ITC Record
  • Clean Criminal Record
