ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering a 24‑month structured Graduate in Training programme in the Finance Department.

The programme will incorporate learning through working alongside experts and guidance by a coach and mentor on an accelerated development journey that is rooted in a high‑performance culture. Successful candidates will join on a fixed term contract for a period of 2 years. After the 2‑year programme, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment based on their performance.
