Responsibilities
  • Fleet cards - control of fleet cards monthly reconciliation and capturing
  • Motor vehicle administration handle license renewals and fuel documentation
  • Company cell phones manage all cell phone contracts perform monthly reconciliation and usage analysis
  • Control of company credit cards
  • Insurance - ensure all new items are added to the policy
  • Cashbook processing and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Capturing non-stock related supplier invoices
  • Send out customer statements and weekly follow up on overdue AR
  • Monthly creditors reconciliation
  • Completion of vendor applications review credit vetting and ensure that new contracts are opened in line with financial procedures
  • Assist with Stock take June and December
  • Offering support to other departments
  • Concur reviewing and approving claims issuing cash advances once approved by respective managers
  • Assist with foreign payments to group
  • Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary
  • Support Finance Lead and daily operations (adhoc)
